Sharon is a seasoned legal and business executive with corporate experience in insurance and banking, as well as successfully managing entrepreneurial enterprises. Sharon is accomplished, innovative, a critical thinker and a results-driven legal and business professional, who is focused on exceptional results in highly competitive environments that demand due diligence and attention to details. Sharon excels in driving processes and activities to produce positive outcomes, while minimizing exposures and risks. With over 25 years of business, compliance, and legal experience, Sharon has successfully managed complex insurance and contractual matters.
Sharon holds a Juris Doctorate (JD) with Honors from The Florida State University College of Law. During her studies she distinguished herself, as a member of Moot Court team, and as the Articles and Notes editor for The Journal of Transnational Law & Policy. She was a Delores A. Auzenne Fellow and a Dan Bradley Scholar and served on the Law School Appropriations Committee. Sharon was the Student Coordinator for the study abroad program at St. Edmund Hall, Oxford University. Along with her Law degree, Sharon completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science in Management and Finance.

Earle is a seasoned management analyst and thought leader with over 25 years’ experience working across Africa, Central Asia, the Middle East, South America, Central and Eastern Europe. Earle served in a variety of senior leadership and management roles on various USAID and UN projects, including the implementation of complex USAID, UN and EU programs in Afghanistan, Iraq, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Guatemala, Middle East, Republic of Georgia, and Sierra Leone. He was Country Representative for Mott MacDonald, a Global Engineering and Management Consultancy, in South Sudan, implementing a portfolio of DFID, KFW, Kingdom of the Netherlands and EU bilateral projects. As Chief of Team of a US Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs program, he supported the national peacebuilding and civilian security efforts in Liberia.
Earle holds a Master of Science in Major Program Management from the University of Oxford, a Postgraduate Diploma in International Business Law from the University of Liverpool School of Law and Social Justice. Additionally, he has an Advanced Diploma in Post-Conflict Reconstruction and a Bachelor of Science in Electromechanical Systems Technology – along with advance studies in Governance and Policy, Development Planning and Management Science.
Co-Founder and Corporate Secretary
Roger is a military veteran and, a seasoned quality assurance and risk manager with over 30 years’ experience managing and overseeing plants, personnel, projects, and facility startups, including in Iraq – as a government contractor. He was head of a multifacility project in Miami, where he established and oversaw policies and procedures, as well as serve as a product safety director and government liaison. Roger has developed international supply chain strategies (primarily Central and South America) and risk management processes.
Roger is a customer-centric entrepreneur with proven problem solving and innovative competence in project management and oversight (national and international), with key successes in human resource identification and development; job descriptions development; best practice development; personnel policies and training programs development. Roger holds a Bachelor of Science in Soil Science/Agriculture from California Polytechnic State University, and various quality and lean management certifications.
